Expert participation terms
These Expert Participation Terms describe the general principles for experts applying to or participating in AuthorityBase. Detailed conditions may be set out in a separate expert agreement.
1. Selective participation
AuthorityBase is a selective platform. Expert applications are reviewed based on expertise, reputation, content quality, relevance for executive members and alignment with the platform's values. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2. Expert content
Experts may contribute books, articles, frameworks, methods, training materials, decision tools or other intellectual assets. Unless otherwise agreed, experts remain the owners of their intellectual property.
3. Usage rights
By joining AuthorityBase, experts grant the platform a controlled right to structure, process, integrate and make agreed content available within the AuthorityBase environment. The scope, duration and conditions of these rights should be defined in the expert agreement.
4. Revenue participation
Experts may participate in revenue sharing from executive membership income according to the applicable expert package, contribution model, usage metrics or agreed allocation rules. AuthorityBase may define transparent rules for expert pool allocation.
5. Expert fees
Expert participation may require an annual fee depending on the selected participation level. Fees support onboarding, content structuring, platform integration, governance, marketing, expert visibility and lead generation activities.
6. Expert visibility and leads
AuthorityBase may promote experts through profiles, domain pages, campaigns, events or member journeys. Lead generation is not guaranteed. Any leads or commercial opportunities depend on member interest, expert relevance, market demand and platform activity.
7. Quality and governance
Experts agree to maintain professional standards and provide accurate, lawful and relevant content. AuthorityBase may review, update, restrict or remove expert content where required to protect quality, security, reputation or legal compliance.
8. No guarantee of income
AuthorityBase may create recurring revenue and lead generation opportunities, but does not guarantee a specific income level, number of leads or commercial outcome.
9. Termination
Participation may be ended according to the expert agreement. AuthorityBase may suspend or terminate expert participation in cases of misuse, reputational risk, breach of terms or failure to meet quality requirements.
